Claiming The Prize

The Sponsor or allure approved designee will inform each potential hero Claiming The Prize by electronic mail at the email address supported concurrently with activity of effort. A form Testimony of Fitness/Burden & Someone Release, in addition to a tax assertion, will need to be achieved by all potential heroes before they are asserted the hero.

Before being asserted a Chipotle Feedback survey champion, a potential Canadian local will right answer to organize numerical ability-experiment questions, that will be ready for the electronic mail announcement, or the Prize will be forfeited.
